Ingredients: 

  1. 10-12 Chrysanthemum buds (Tai Ju) 杭州胎菊 from Hang Zhou (once the chrysanthemums have bloomed, it won't have the same health benefits)

  2. 1 Chinese licorice (Gan Cao) 甘草

  3. 1 Malva nut (Pang Da Hai) 胖大海

 

*Infuse with hot water and drink throughout the day.
